Tufting is done by hand and includes generous quantities of Dacron fiber for a luxurious lofted look and exceptional feel. Nail head trim is offered in an array of sizes, shapes and finishes and is applied by hand. Skirts are cut and sewn to perfection and can be customized with contrasting fabrics, tapes, trims and even fringe. |
| Upholstery Frame Construction | Frames are made from hardwood and are all kiln-dried, which prevents warping or twisting. Each frame includes double-dowel construction, an old world way of joining two pieces of wood, and makes for the strongest and longest-lasting bond. Corner blocks are glued and screwed into the frame. |
| Seat Support Description | No-sag and never-sag steel bands are used to provide support and evenly distribute weight over springs and cushions. Four rows of double hour glass cone coils are used on most styles, and are eight-way hand-tied to provide durability and comfort. |
