Construction & Materials

Padding & Ergonomics	The Down Blend seat consists of 1.8 ultra cell foam with a crown padding and a 3/4 oz. - 2 oz. low melt bonded polyester fiber wrap. The seat is then stuffed into a down jacket. The jacket is sewn out of a down proof ticking with a blend of polyester fiber and gray duck feathers blown into channels on top and bottom. This construction is designed to provide quality comfort and crown. Softening is a common characteristic of the cushion with use.
Upholstery Frame Construction	Frames made of selected hardwood. Corner blocks glued and nailed to reinforce joints. Joints double doweled and glued. Frames given extra support with formed seat braces.
Seat Support Description	No sag spring construction. Seat construction of heavy gauge tempered sinuous wire. Industrial tempered tie wire for a stable seat construction. All back springs covered in high quality remay.
